45 Years of MWD!

This year, we celebrate the 45th anniversary of Mal Warwick Donordigital and I want to take a moment to reflect on our remarkable journey. In 1979, Mal Warwick founded the agency in his living room. Since then, we’ve evolved into a leading fundraising agency, pioneering innovative strategies that have empowered countless organizations in our shared mission to make the world a better place for all inhabitants.

We’ve faced challenges along the way—and embraced even more opportunities. We’ve forged strong relationships with our clients and expanded into a bi-coastal agency of 70 employee-owners. Our collective efforts have been pivotal in the ongoing transformation of the fundraising landscape and have supported the nonprofit industry across hundreds of causes.

We all know the world is unpredictable. And while current events can paint a bleak picture across headlines and newsfeeds, as I look ahead, I’m still filled with hope. Because I know  MWD will continue to evolve and succeed in working with our clients to make the world work for all.

We’ll continue to lead the way in innovative solutions that promote social and environmental justice, increase representation and diversity, and foster a more equitable and humane world. We won’t back down.

This milestone isn’t just a testament to our growth, it’s also a celebration of the incredible people — our dedicated employee-owners, passionate clients, and supportive partners — who have made this journey possible so far — the best is yet to come!
