ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum years of experience required: 7 years in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy with at least 2 to 4 years in nonprofit planned giving fundraising and marketing
• Required experience & knowledge:
  • Proficiency working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
  • Production knowledge
• Additional preferred experience & knowledge:
  • Multi-channel experience, particularly in digital marketing preferred
  • Donor-facing experience in Planned giving fundraising experience helpful/preferred
  • Experience with or curiosity for exploring the ethical use of AI tools and agents

• Candidates hired into this role typically start between $75,000–$83,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal pay equity guidelines, with the full range extending beyond this band allowing for annual and long-term growth within the role. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes fully paid core benefits, profit sharing, automatic retirement contributions, and employee ownership, each explained in greater detail below. We also walk candidates through total rewards during the interview process.

Our Working Locations:

This is a full-time position working from one of the states in which we operate, including California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, and Washington state.
